Jen founded JC Academy in 2017. She is a native English speaker from Michigan and has been living in Miami for over 15 years. She has a BA in Education. Jen has grown the company to include a team of language instructors for English/Business English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian. Jen’s team also features academic tutors, comprised of local undergraduate and graduate college students who specialize in providing tutoring services to elementary, middle, and high school students. As an English Teacher and Business English Consultant, Jen has over 8 years of experience in this area, working successfully with a variety of businesses and professionals from Spain and Latin America. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jen’s writing and editing experience includes resume editing to fit American companies’ formats, website text, social media and blog posts, real estate MLS and online listings, advertisements, business documents and emails.
Brand Development and Brand Strategy Specialist
Jen specializes in BRAND DEVELOPMENT and BRAND STRATEGY. It is crucial for consumers to have a complete understanding of your brand in order to drive sales and create connection. Jen takes her client through a brand development session, to create the brand’s core, mission statement, goals and vision, to clarify and define the brand. The next step is brand strategizing. Using all of the, now clear and defined brand information, Jen strategizes with her client to point the brand in the right direction. This includes creating social media posts that connect customers to the brand, which increases audience and recognition. This also includes developing a sales pitch, determining good sales channels and planning next steps, in order to continue on the path of the brand’s vision.
