Complete our online sign-up form with your contact information, tutoring location, subject(s) needed, and information about yourself or your child.
Step 2: Review Your Tutor Matches
We’ll recommend tutors based on your subject, tutoring location, and tutor availability. Browse each tutor’s profile, learn about their background and experience, view their availability, and select the tutor you’d like to work with.
Step 3: Schedule Your First Session
Once you’ve selected your tutor, simply schedule your first session using their online calendar. Choose a day and time that works best for your schedule.
Step 4: Meet Your Tutor
Your tutor will reach out before your first session to introduce themselves, confirm the lesson details, and answer any initial questions.
Step 5: Begin Learning
Meet with your tutor in your home or online and begin personalized instruction tailored to your unique goals and learning style.
Step 6: We Follow Up
After your first session, Jen will personally reach out via WhatsApp to gather feedback from both you and your tutor. This ensures the match is a great fit and allows us to provide the highest level of personalized support as your tutoring journey continues.

As both an educator and a parent, I understand that every child learns differently and every family has unique goals. That’s why I founded JC Academy Miami in 2017—to provide families with a more personalized tutoring experience built on trust, relationships, and exceptional educational support.
I’ve developed a thoughtful process that helps families find the right tutor with confidence. Families can review tutor profiles and conveniently schedule sessions online, while I remain personally involved by following up after the first session to ensure every family has an exceptional experience.
One of the greatest joys of my work is watching students grow over the years. Many families begin with JC Academy in elementary or middle school and remain with us through high school graduation. Watching them gain confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals alongside their families is what makes JC Academy so special.
